Toluwanimi Adegoke is a customer experience specialist and an entrepreneur based in Lagos. He graduated from the university of Benin where he studied history. He worked with Iroko partners and currently with Jumia Group.

''I am a User experience specialist. Vast experience in customer satisfaction processes/initiatives, sales/account management, issues resolution, project and operations management. 

Passionate about writing, blogging, making presentations and i also have a very crazy appetite for reading anything.......................................

I love the tech space. This is where i have had most of my career. Am crazy about thinking up new ideas and building stuffs. Entrepreneurship is a journey i am committed to, having tried to start 3 ventures. Failure for me is not a scary experience, i have failed severally but i have learnt at every point and have become better and more committed to becoming a better version of myself.''
