His legacy at Sterling Bank includes seven consecutive years (2011-2017) as the most profitable Regional Business Head in the bank's history, an accomplishment that speaks volumes about his intelligence and leadership.

In 2018, Pastor Emmanuel was elevated to the position of Executive Director, Institutional Banking Directorate, at Sterling Bank, overseeing remarkable growth and profitability.
