Adenowo was born in Ibadan, Nigeria, to parents who were both esteemed professors. In 1994, at the age of 25, she took a bold leap of faith and founded her own architecture and interior design firm, AD Consulting. Since its inception, AD Consulting has become synonymous with excellence, undertaking over 114 projects ranging from institutional buildings to private residences, and garnering clients that include multinational corporations such as Coca-Cola and L’Oreal.

At the heart of Adenowo's work lies her design philosophy, "NeoHeritage Architecture," which seamlessly blends contemporary aesthetics with a deep appreciation for African heritage.
