Isaac Geralds Aims to Break World Record for Longest Singing Marathon to Support Autism Awareness

Afro-soul artist Isaac Geralds is on a mission to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest consecutive hours of singing. This ambitious endeavor aims to surpass the current record of 105 hours held by Sunil Waghmare from India since 2012. Geralds plans to sing for an astounding 110 hours straight.

The marathon singing session, which began on Sunday, June 2nd, in Washington, D.C., is scheduled to conclude on June 6th. Through this feat, Isaac hopes to raise $500,000 to benefit children with autism. The funds will support The Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., and the Efe Irele Autism Foundation in Nigeria. Both organizations are dedicated to providing essential care and support to the autism community.

Isaac Geralds gained fame as a finalist on season 4 of the popular music talent show MTN Project Fame. Since then, he has made a name for himself in the music industry with his debut album "Love and Heartbreak," featuring collaborations with artists like Tiwa Savage, Sound Sultan, Ladipoe, Eva, Stan Iyke, and Iceberg Slim.

Recently, other notable Guinness World Records have been set, including Tunde Onakoya’s 60-hour chess marathon and Clara Chizoba Kronborg’s record for the longest interviewing marathon. Isaac Geralds now joins this list of record-attempters with his inspiring and charitable quest.
