Oluchi's educational background is as diverse as her professional experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Operations Management from Liverpool John Moores University, where she specialized in engineering technology and maritime operations. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons.) degree from Nottingham Trent University, reflecting her broad interest in both the legal and technical aspects of business.
Her career began with practical experience at the Nigerian Port Authority in Apapa, Lagos, where she interned in the traffic department. During her time there, Oluchi gained hands-on experience in port operations, supply chain management, maritime law, and the intricacies of maritime business. This foundation provided her with a unique perspective that she later integrated into her creative and business endeavors.
Oluchi's journey into the creative industry officially started in October 2018 when she co-founded Nextberries™. Since then, she has been at the helm, driving the company's creative direction, managing business development, and leading stakeholder management efforts. Her leadership and communication skills have been crucial in bringing innovative ideas to life and fostering a collaborative environment within her team.
Her brief stint as an intern at George Etomi & Partners further honed her strategic thinking and communication skills, which have been instrumental in her current role. Oluchi's passion for design is also evident in her proficiency in product design and the Adobe Creative Cloud, among other creative tools.
