Yusuf Adeojo is a seasoned executive with a rich background in finance and business development, currently serving as the Managing Director at Kolomoni. With over a decade of experience, Yusuf has demonstrated expertise in driving growth, innovation, and optimizing market share across various financial sectors, including commercial banking, development finance, impact finance, embedded finance, payments, and transaction banking.
Before his role at Kolomoni, Yusuf was the Head of New Business Development at Attrava Global Limited, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence. His extensive career also includes significant roles at Heritage Bank Plc, where he served as the Divisional Head of Product Management & Inclusive Banking Division, focusing on enhancing financial inclusion and product innovation. Yusuf also held key positions such as Head of Retail Promotions and Incentives and Head of the Agent Banking Team, where he was pivotal in driving strategic product management and retail banking growth.
Yusuf’s journey in finance began at Sterling Bank Plc, where he was the Regional Coordinator for Financial Inclusion in the South West region of Nigeria. His role involved coordinating efforts to extend financial services to underserved communities, furthering his commitment to inclusive banking. His early career experience as a Foreign Funds Transfer Officer provided a strong foundation in transaction banking and cross-border finance.
